Delivery is subject to availability. Bespoke items take a minimum of four weeks. In stock items are expected within three working days. Please contact our team with your requirements, we will guide you on our likely delivery time based on your order.
Please note that colours of the items displayed on the website may be slightly different from the colours of the actual products because computers and cameras cannot always portray the correct colour.
unitedautosports.com cannot take returns or refund bespoke items, if an error in measurement has occurred then we will endeavour to rectify the issue to the customer's satisfaction.
The measurement of products displayed on the site are for a guide only and as errors can occur, we do not accept any liability if the measurements stated are incorrect although we do our upmost to ensure the sizes are correct.
Bespoke measurements are the responsibility of the customer.
Our returns policy enables you to return any standard product for whatever reason within 7 days of receiving it, subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Where a product has been purchased that is not suitable for your requirements, but which is not faulty, the carriage charge (whether separate or included in your product purchase will not be refunded).
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please email us via our contact page, immediately upon receipt of the product quoting your order number and stating what the fault is.

It is recommended that for your own protection, you should send the products back using an authorised carrier service so you have proof of delivery.
We will refund the postage costs you have incurred if you are returning a faulty item once we have had the opportunity to test the product to confirm a fault. Postage costs for returns must be authorised by us in writing prior to dispatch for any refund request to be entertained.
